Deposit for Pastured Pork to be applied to final balance. $3.85 per lb hanging weight for pork. Price DOES NOT include processing for pork like it does for beef. Basic processing is approximately $1 per lb with extra charges for smoking ham & bacon, sausages, etc. Typical hang weight on whole pig 175-225 lbs. Hang weight is the carcass weight before it is processed into chops, roasts, etc. 1. Place order here 2. Send deposit check to: Thundering Hoof Ranch N7471 Forest Ridge Berlin, WI 549233. 3. Complete cut sheet detailing how you would like your cuts. 4. Pickup your beef when it has been processed. Next available 2020 butcher dates: October and December

Meat + Butcher fees tends to run $4.85/lb based on hanging weight

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be applied as in-store credit but depositor must notify Thundering Hoof Ranch before the butcher date to be eligible for refund.
