Warming instructions to keep a 5 lbs ham juicy:Starting with a thawed ham, 60-90 mins @ 350 degrees covered. We put a water in the pan also, about 1/2 inch. Add 10 mins per lb for larger hams. If there’s a fattier side, fat side up to brown it and let the juice go into the ham. At the end, if you have fat on top and want to brown/crisp the fat on top, use the broiler at 550 degrees for 4-6 mins. Watch it closely.
